EMPOWERING YOU

Here at Sacred Heart Mental Wellness we take a new and proactive approach to mental health.

As a counselor for over a decade, and an international speaker on mental health issues, I realized there were similarities in what people did and did not know about their anxiety; and those unknowns were causing problems in their mental wellbeing.

That is why I created Sacred Heart Mental Wellness. To teach you the tools and strategies to be intentional and proactive with your mental health. To provide you with the skills to face those challenges head on, and the knowledge to navigate them.

Thank you for taking the time to be intentional with your mental wellbeing, I am so excited to be on this journey with you!
